Children's Ministry
Raising disciples who love God and His Word
Children's Ministry
Our mission in the Messiah Bible Church Children’s Ministry, Messiah Kids, is to raise up faithful disciples in San Antonio who have a deep and abiding love for God and His Word. We seek to cultivate hearts and minds that not only cherish Scripture, but also recognize the presence and power of the Gospel woven throughout all of Scripture and the entirety of human history. We are committed to equipping kids with the knowledge, understanding, and confidence to clearly and effectively articulate why their faith is true, grounded in evidence, reason, and the unchanging truth of God’s Word—so that they may live boldly, stand firm in their convictions, and share the hope of Christ with the world.

Our Mission
We live to raise disciples who love God and His Word, see the Gospel throughout all of Scripture and history, and can confidently explain why their faith is true.
Volunteer
Serving in the children's ministry is a fulfilling way to make a lasting impact on young lives. As a volunteer, you’ll help nurture children's faith, build meaningful connections, and encourage a Christ-centered mindset. Whether through teaching, mentoring, or serving, you’ll shape future disciples while deepening your own faith journey.

Curriculum
In Messiah Kids we utilize the Answers Bible Curriculum for our Sunday morning lessons. ABC is a chronological curriculum that covers the entire Bible. It answers questions that confront Christians today, and it provides an amazing overview of God’s Word. Handouts reinforce the lesson content and encourage easy family discussion at home. Students are equipped with “faith proofs” to defend the Bible and to honor Christ as they apply Scripture to their everyday lives.
